Here’s what’s included in your Constellation Care membership every month:
One comprehensive visit with Dr. Fox each quarter
Every three months, you sit down with Dr. Fox. Labs, progress, new priorities. The full picture, every time.
One monthly virtual visit with Vashti
In the months between your visits with Dr. Fox, you meet with Vashti Kanahele, MS. She brings her own clinical lens to your care and works with you on both the investigative and practical side. You are never just handed a plan and left to figure it out.
Monthly doctor-coach coordination
Dr. Fox and Vashti meet every month to review your care together. That means when you walk in, your whole team is already aligned. You do not have to repeat yourself or fill in the gaps. Between the two of us, there is always someone who knows exactly where you are and what comes next.
24/7 same-day response
Questions come up between visits. You can reach us by email, through the patient portal, or by text any time, and we respond same day.

Members receive 20% off supplements through Fullscript, our preferred online dispensary. Not all recommended supplements may carry this discount as some are not available through Fullscript.

Constellation Care is available to Washington state residents and international patients via virtual visits. Most of what we do translates beautifully to a virtual setting. We will always be upfront with you about what works best for your situation.
What it costs, and what you get.
Getting started: $1,200 onboarding investment
Before your membership begins, we start with the data we actually need. Your onboarding investment of $1,200 includes your first month of Constellation Care and two functional lab tests selected specifically based on your presentation. We do not guess at what to look for, we start by building the full picture.
Common onboarding labs include an Organic Acids Test (OAT), comprehensive GI testing, hormone panels, and other functional panels depending on your history and symptoms. Where possible, we will bill tests to your insurance to reduce your out of pocket cost, including blood work.
Ongoing membership: $250 per month
After your onboarding month, Constellation Care continues at $250 per month, auto-billed through Square.
It is a 6-month commitment, because real change takes time and we want to be with you every step of the way.
